Where do we ship?
We ship WORLDWIDE. International shipping price is calculated at checkout. Delivery within UAE is FREE.
Do you have to pay customs and import charges for International deliveries?
All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the country of destination. Unfortunately we have no influence over this.
Can you track your shipment?
Yes, once your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email notification along with the tracking number for that order.
What are the delivery times?
For international shipping, items are dispatched the next working day and can take 2-7 working days to reach destination (dependent upon customs clearance).
Same day delivery in Dubai is available depending on the time of the purchase.
